  Add Position/Job Title field to user account profile

  User account profiles currently have no field for a user's position or job title (e.g. Dispatcher, Safety Manager, Owner). Adding a Position field to the user profile would enable teams to record which role performed each vetting action, strengthening audit trails and accountability across organizations that have multiple staff using the platform.
